She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Pappajohn and Vera Pappajohn (Vocos); her husband Nicholas Chafouleas; and her sister Mary. She is survived by: her children, Lois Gaglione (Kenny), Louie Chafouleas (Jody), Vera Rico, Andrew Chafouleas and Sandra Sagliano (Mike); her grandchildren, Nicole, Michael McGrath, Anthony, Cait Gaglione, Nicholas Rico, Danny Gaglione, Dana, Ralph Marinaccio, Joseph, Cynthia Sagliano, Taylor Chafouleas and Samantha Sagliano; and her great grandchildren, Cleo, Ben, Ralphie, Ryan, Cora, Mason, Joey and Caleb. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
