He was predeceased by: his father Jack Shelby Lyday. He is survived by: his mother Nelda Lyday (Hall); his wife Theresa J. Lyday (Chase); his grandson Michael R. Kelly (Spirit); his great grandchildren, Mila, Emma, Olivia and Nova; his siblings, Sally Greco (Frank), Marrie Jane Lyday and Robert Lyday; his brother-in-law Raymond Chase (Dawna); and his nieces and nephews, Julie Greco, Evette Chase and Nick Chase.

MEMORIAL DONATIONS: In lieu of flowers, the family wishes for memorial donation to be made to the Dutchess County SPCA.
