He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia; his parents, Gertrude and George; and his son David Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Amelia El Manahkly (Ahmed), Timothy Roger (Pamela), Kevin Roger and Nancy Doyle (Walter). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
