She is survived by: her children, Valerie Carlson of Pleasant Valley, NY and Richard Petrusyk of Beaufort, NC; her grandchildren, Amanda Carlson Hattersley (Matthew Hattersley) of Pleasant Valley, NY and Matthew Carlson (Allison) of Fairport, NY.; her great grandchildren, Johnathan, Calvin and Madelyn; and her nieces, Diane Engler and Sandra Srodin of New Jersey.
