We announce the death of Frederick Fallatik (Wappingers Falls, New York), who passed away on June 13, 2026, at the age of 94. He was predeceased by: his mother Florence Seber Fallatik. He is survived by: his wife Helen D. Martin; and his children, Lawrence George Fallatik (Robin), Robert John Fallatik, Donna Marie DeSario (Stephen) and Linda Ann Fallatik. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
