She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Burger and Florence Burger; her husband Dominic Salvatore; her sister Jean; her brothers-in-law, Stuart Scribner and Michael Zeoli; her brother Gordon Burger; and her nephews, Steven Scribner and Ryan Burger.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Salvatore (Felicia) and Christina Juckett; her siblings, Lois Zeoli, Tommy Burger (Christel) and Raymond Burger; her grandchildren, Andrew, Carla, Patrick Salvatore, Holly, Nathan and Kimberly Juckett; and her great grandchildren, Sean, Adriana, Carter, Theodore, Ruby and Oliver. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Straub, Catalano & Halvey Funeral Home (55 E Main St, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (11 Clinton St, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590).
