He was predeceased by: his father Don Booth. He is survived by: his mother Ethel Booth; his children, Melanie, Travis and Christopher; his granddaughter Emily; and his siblings, Laura, Pam, Eileen, Linda and Don. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
