He was predeceased by: his parents, Llewellyn Williams and Florence Williams; and his brothers, Brian and Brent. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his sons, Sean (Mary-Beth), Colin (Heather) and Leland (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Maria, Grayson and Avery; and his brothers, Kirk and Kevin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Jeffrey's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or your local library.
