It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jefrrey Stephen Cooper of Wappingers Falls, New York, born in Yonkers, New York, who passed away on October 20, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cooper and Eleanore Cooper (Dmytryszyn); and his brother Edward Robert Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Judith Cooper (Rice); his children, Alexis Reyes (James) and Jeffrey Cooper (Meghan); his grandchildren, James, Ella, Stella, Jeffrey and George; his siblings, Suzanne Kinsley (Charles), Hillary Cox (William), James Cooper II (Mellie) and John Cooper (Mary); and his sister-in-law Jeanette Cooper. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
