He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Debbie, Maureen, Maribeth, Michael, Thomas and Patrick; his grandchildren, Jessica Mai, Sean Gyger, Darragh Gyger, Rebekkah Gyger, Abbey Jermyn, Lucie Jermyn, Ivan Jermyn, Ryan Jermyn, Aidan Jermyn, Cameron Nowakowski, Lily Nowakowski and Dylan Nowakowski; and his great grandchildren, Madeleine, Avery, Tristan, Ryker, Nolan, Mason, Fiona, Levi, Winnifred, Reo, Caswell and Moira.

Memorial donations may be made in Jack’s name to Castle Point VA or Hudson Valley Hospice.
