We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2025, at the age of 93, John J. Jermyn (Wappingers Falls, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Debbie, Maureen, Maribeth, Michael, Thomas and Patrick; his grandchildren, Jessica Mai, Sean Gyger, Darragh Gyger, Rebekkah Gyger, Abbey Jermyn, Lucie Jermyn, Ivan Jermyn, Ryan Jermyn, Aidan Jermyn, Cameron Nowakowski, Lily Nowakowski and Dylan Nowakowski; and his great grandchildren, Madeleine, Avery, Tristan, Ryker, Nolan, Mason, Fiona, Levi, Winnifred, Reo, Caswell and Moira.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Straub, Catalano & Halvey Funeral Home (55 E Main St, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary’s Church (11 Clinton St, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590).
Memorial donations may be made in Jack’s name to Castle Point VA or Hudson Valley Hospice.
