He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Lowney and Margaret Lowney; his son John Lowney, Jr.; and his brothers, Cornelius Lowney, Jr. (Sonny) and Leo Lowney (Nancy).
He is survived by: his wife Louise Manfredo Lowney; his granddaughters, Jillian Biasotti, Lindsey Biasotti and June Lowney; and his children, Lori Biasotti (Jason), Jeffrey Lowney and Corey Lowney (Karen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
