We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2022, at the age of 87, John R. Rookwood of Wappingers Falls, New York, born in Mount Kisco, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Sarah Jean Rookwood Sr. (Hendron); his wife Geraldine Marshall; his brothers, William Rookwood and Frederick Burlison; and his stepfather Morris Burlison.
He is survived by: his children, Laurie, Deacon Stephen Broussard of Wappingers Falls, NY, John Rookwood of Brewster, NY, Mark and Francine Rookwood of Pelham, NY.; and his grandchildren, Renee, Erin, Emily, Cooper, Shay, Francesca and Richard.
