He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Slade and Kenneth Slade of Utica; and his sister Christine Madan of Tinton Falls. He is survived by: his wife Cindy (Martell); his siblings-in-law, Richard Martell of Rhinebeck, JoAnn and Donald Alberico of New Hartford; and his nephew Christian Lutz of Chile.
