He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Jessica (Erich Schaefer), Kathleen "Katie" Fitzgerald, Lewis Fitzgerald and Matthew (Amanda Fitzgerald); his grandchildren, Lorelei, Emilie, Elizabeth Schaefer, Harper and Charlotte Fitzgerald; his siblings, Lew, William Fitzgerald (Maureen), Mary Fitzgerald and Terrence (Jenny Fitzgerald); and his brothers-in-law, John Rice and Ronald Rice (Paula). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
