It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loreto Ponte of Wappingers Falls, New York, born in New York, New York, who passed away on May 14, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmelo Ponte and Carmella Palmisano Ponte; his wife Mary I. Might; his son Christopher J. Ponte; and his brothers, Salvatore, Ignazio, Michael, Victor and Joseph Ponte.
He is survived by: his children, Robert R. Ponte of Wappingers Falls, NY and Anne D. Beahan (Hilton) of Wappingers Falls, NY; his brothers, Anthony, Frederico and Allen Ponte; and his grandsons, Brian, Brendan, Evan and Timothy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
