He was predeceased by : his parents, Ulric B. MacKenzie, Sr. and Eve De Meo. He is survived by : his wife Kaiima FaSenntao-MacKenzie; his children, Nekaskii Deylii, Marc K. MacKenzie, Daiva MacKenzie and Kellan MacKenzie; and his brothers, Ulric Mackenzie, Jr. and Geoffrey MacKenzie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and one granddaughter.
