With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Penny L. Harrison (Wappingers Falls, New York), born in Beacon, New York, who passed away on April 26, 2019 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Baylash and Genee Baylash; and her brother Shane Baylash. She is survived by: her husband Walter Harrison; her children, Kelly Colton (Don Santivenere) of Beacon and Arthur Craig, Jr. of Kokomo, Indiana; her siblings, Allison Baylash of Wappingers Falls, Darlene Smith of Beacon and Michelle Arnold (Bill) of Wyoming; and her grandchildren, Amanda Heckle, Shelby Martins, Skyler Craig and Leigha Craig.
