He was predeceased by: his parents, George Biolsi and Winifred Biolsi (Cunningham); his brothers, George Biolsi and Thomas Biolsi; and his sister-in-law Margaret Biolsi.

He is survived by: his wife Rose Biolsi (Betz); his children, Christopher Biolsi, Theresa Korth (Jeremy), Matthew Biolsi, Andrew Biolsi, Timothy Biolsi, Nicole Meszaros (Joseph), Kimberly Meline (Grant), Joseph Biolsi, Robert Biolsi and Adam Biolsi; his grandchildren, Colton Korth, Rhys Korth, Sawyer Korth and Tora Meline; his siblings, James Biolsi, William, Veronica Biolsi, Gerard, Roseann Biolsi, Joseph, Victoria Biolsi, Mary, Michael Strnatko, Anne Marie, Alexander Mastri, Peter and Carla Biolsi; and his sisters-in-law, Jung-Ae Biolsi and Deborah Biolsi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
