He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Peter Nemec and Matilda "Tillie" Nemec. He is survived by: his wife Fran (Tarquini); his children, Laura Hougentogler (Dan) and Michael Nemec; his siblings, Carolyn Nemec, Allan Nemec, Anna Nemec and Janice Cathcart (late Michael); and his nieces, Cara Miele (Zachary) and Genevieve Nemec.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Church (35 Willow St, Beacon, NY 12508). A burial will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fishkill Rural Cemetery (801 US-9, Fishkill, NY 12524).
