He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Melnick and Agnes Melnick. He is survived by: his wife Irene Melnick (Grossi); his children, Natasha, Sebastian, Claudia, Veronica, David, Isabela, Lydia, Bjorn and Santino; and his siblings, Stephen (Denise), Jeanette (Michael Sparks), Theresa (August Zuno), Anne (John Burns), Michael (Sarah), Mary (Tim Lapka), Matthew (Morgan) and Joseph (Suchada). He is also survived by many nephews and nieces and a grand-niece.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
