He is survived by: his wife Elaine Chambers; his children, Erin Chambers, Samuel Chamber and Andrew Chambers (Nicole); his grandchildren, Charlotte, Adam, Kaylynn, Kayden and Bennett; and his siblings, James Chambers (Tinh), Shaun Chambers and Mary Chambers.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in Nathan's name to Hospice of CNY.
