With solemn reverence, we commemorate Patricia Diane Graham (Warners, New York), whose life came to an end on October 5, 2025 at the age of 73, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Graham and Barbara Graham (Rush); and her brother Robert Graham. She is survived by: her siblings, Joanne Leopold (Bob) of Denver, CO and Richard Graham (Francine) of Camillus, NY.; her nephews, Scott Leopold (Heidi), Todd Leopold (Sarah), Christopher Graham, Matthew Graham and Phineous Graham; her great-nephews, Addison Thomas and Noah Thomas; her nieces, Amy Thomas, Sarah Graham and Emily Graham; and her great-nieces, Mia Graham and Ellie Leopold.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery (2932 Warners Rd, Warners, NY 13164).
