He was predeceased by: his father Jack Sullivan; and his grandparents, George and Aileen Sprague. He is survived by: his mother Beverly Sullivan (Sprague); his sisters, Debbie Brown (Ernie), Denise Fruda (Richard) and Sandy Andrews (Bernie); his siblings' children, Deana Collard, Tony Fruda, Brandon Fruda, Justin Andrews and Payton Andrews; and his close friends, Phoenix and Ember.
