He is survived by: his wife Nancy Monroe of North Creek; his children, Kenneth Monroe (Dora) of Hesperia, CA, Amy Thew (Todd) of Darien Center, Karen Waters (Jason) of Queensbury and Michael Monroe (Nichole) of Fort Riley, KS; his grandchildren, Shannon, Jessica and Kahya Monroe; and his children, William, Jacklyn, Andrew Thew, Kayla, Nick Waters, Mickaela and Hunter Monroe. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
