He was predeceased by: his parents, Adelbert Packard and Mary Packard (Rossi); and his brother Alan Packard. He is survived by: his wife Karen Packard of Warrensburg; his daughters, Lisa (Jason Irwin) and Michele (Packard) of Sebastian, FL; and his grandchildren, Kate, Olivia, Stephen, Clayton and Corbin. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
