She was predeceased by: her parents, John Alfieri and Tina Alfieri; her husband Eldon B. Batzold; and her siblings, Joe, Tom Alfieri and Dorothy Cofield.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Sherman (late Thomas) of Warsaw, Eldon Batzold (Patti) of Coquille and Cheryl Petre (Brian) of Warsaw; her grandchildren, Tom Sherman (Michelle) of LeRoy, Kristin Fickling (Ken) of Pittsford, Stefani Prentice (Josh) and Danielle Petre of Dallas, Texas.; her great grandchildren, Cole Sherman (Savannah) of LeRoy, Taylor Chapell (Garrett) of Hubert, William Fickling, Weston and Dawson Prentice; and her great great grandchildren, Tommy, Vinney Sherman and Sophia Chapell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Michael's Church (171 N Main St, Warsaw, NY 14569).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital.
