With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Ann Smith of Warsaw, New York, who passed away on May 13, 2026 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elon Bey and Marian Richert Bey; her husband W. Jerome Smith; her sister Shirley Sprowl; and her nephew David Sprowl.
She is survived by: her daughters, Merry Lou Holley (Robert), Linda Smith (Cheryl) and Jaci Mix (Robert); her granddaughters, Sarah Schneckenberger and Kaitlyn Istas (Dan); her great grandchildren, Jakob "Evie" Schneckenberger, Anna Schneckenberger, Andrew Istas and Olivia Istas; her nieces, Debbie Rush, Cindy Rawley and Sylvia Duttweiler; and her sister-in-law Sibyl Smith.
