Cecelia leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Cecelia’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Cecelia will carry forward her memory in their hearts.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Casper and Florence Casper. She is survived by: her husband Merril; her children, Chris Ciliberto (Peter), Merril Mabon (Patty), Cindy Hartley, Laura Ebel (John), Marcy Bowes (Dale) and Scott Mabon (late Charlie); and her grandson Tom Mabon. She is also survived by Twenty one grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
