She is survived by: her daughter Cari Smith (Wade) of Warsaw; her siblings, Patty Omans of Warsaw, William Omans of Perry and Roger Omans (Sue) of Warsaw; her grandchildren, Melanie Fechter (Michael), Leighanne Block and Matthew Block (Cassie); and her great grandchildren, Alexa Fechter, Addison Block and Bennett Block. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
