He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Draper and Virginia Robinson Draper; and his wife Debbra Sharman. He is survived by: his daughter Tina Draper; his sister Roberta "Bobbie" Hoffman (John Rosier) of Yorkshire, NY; and his nephews, Elbert Hoffman (Becky Northrup) and Todd Hoffman (Dyan). He is also survived by several grand nieces and nephews; 7 great-grand nieces and nephews.
