He is survived by: his mother Kathy Colombo Cummins; his cousin Bill; his son Nicholas Cummins of Warsaw; his siblings, Joe Cummins of Warsaw and Jen Cummins of Warsaw; and his former wife Cheryl Cummins of Warsaw. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and good friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at the Silverlake Country Club (3820 Club Rd, Perry, NY 14530).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a foundation, yet to be named, to be set up in Jamie's memory by the family.
