He was predeceased by: his parents, Michel Padiak and Anna Olkevich Padiak; his brother Wally Padiak; his grandson Tristan; and his stepson Jeffery Zeitvogel.
He is survived by: his wife Marcia Springett Padiak of Warsaw; his children, Robert Padiak (Taryn) of King, NC, Andy Padiak (Diane) of Cary, NC and Diana Falzarano (James) of Clayton, NC; his stepdaughter Michelle Friedler (Bob) of Rochester, NY; and his close friend Kenny DeMeo. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; six step-great grandchildren; several family members.
