He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Williams and Ruth Hitchew Williams of Wyoming, NY.; his wife Shirley; and his brother Edwin F. Williams. He is survived by: his children, Richard Williams (Stephanie), Jeffrey Williams, Kimberly Vitez (Jason) and Anngel Bogardus (Lonnie); his stepdaughters, Bridget Ryan and Michelle Davis (Mike); his siblings, Donald Williams (Sandy), Bruce Williams (Mary) and Dorothy Meeder (Don); and his sister-in-law Arlette Williams. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
