He was predeceased by: his parents, John Delaney and Margaret Delaney; and his brother Michael Delaney. He is survived by: his wife Bernadette; his daughters, Niamh Gibbons (Stephen) of Warwick and Ciara Chappell (Ryan) of Brooklyn; his grandchildren, Sophia and Jack; and his siblings, Kathleen Costigan (John), Christine Taheny (John), Sean Delaney (Josie), Anthony Delaney (Doreen), Paul Delaney (Mary), Ann Hodgson, Veronica Martin (Peter), Rosemary Mullins (Shea), Declan Delaney, Caroline Key and Derek Delaney (Lorraine). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial (17 Oakland Ave, Warwick, NY 10990). A Mass will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Stephen the First Martyr Church (75 Sanfordville Rd, Warwick, NY 10990).
