He is survived by: his wife Gail; his children, Rebecca Sampson (David Reed), Amy Cutler (Brian), Donna Sampson Holt (John Lisby), Diane Barrett (Christopher), Clifford Sampson (Maggie) and Neal Sampson (Linda); and his grandchildren, Zachary Sampson, Tara Kressler, Christopher Barrett, Debbie Jean Polise, Jennifer Williamson, Jessica Soto, Brianna McCaul and Kei Kullberg.
