Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial (17 Oakland Ave, Warwick, NY 10990). A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at the Warwick Cemetery (50 Oakland Ave, Warwick, NY 10990).
