He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale Zottola and Genevieve Zottola. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Denise Gianna (David) of Beacon, NY, Frank Jr. (Monica) of Pine Island, NY, Pasqual (Carlette) of Warwick, NY and Christopher Zottola of Newburgh, NY; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Anthony, Julia, Alex, AvaMaria, Olivia, Frankie, Christopher and Mollyann.
