Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial (17 Oakland Ave, Warwick, NY 10990). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home (17 Oakland Ave, Warwick, NY 10990). A burial was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at the Warwick Cemetery (50 Oakland Ave, Warwick, NY 10990).
