She is survived by: her husband David Echevarria (Greenwood Lake); her children, Jennifer (Warwick) and Geoffrey Echevarria (Greenwood Lake); her grandson Denis McAteer (Warwick); and her siblings, Elard Van Oordt and Van Oordt.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial (17 Oakland Ave, Warwick, NY 10990). A Mass was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady Queen of Peace Church (1911 Union Valley Rd, Hewitt, NJ 07421). The inurnment was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at the Warwick Cemetery (50 Oakland Ave, Warwick, NY 10990).
