She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Mayo and Margaret Mayo; her husband Edgar Patrick Murtie; her daughter Maureen; her grandson Robert Michael; her great grandchild Joseph Patrick; and her sister Mary Constance Daversa (Alex).
She is survived by: her sons, Richard (Brenda Miedema) of Warwick, NY and Bruce (Jan) of Atlanta, GA; her nieces and nephews, Sandra, Alyssa, Margaret, Joanne, Jack, Roger and George; and her grandchildren, Jamie, Ryan, Chas, Nathan, Tyler and Jessica. She is also survived by her sister, nephew, and nieces.
Mom's wishes were, in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or to a charity of one's choice.
