He was predeceased by: his parents, John Burghardt and Anna Burghardt; and his sister Anne Marie McMahon. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, John of Bayonne, NJ, Matthew (Therese) of Poughkeepsie, Roseanne (Joseph) of Kingston and Jennifer of Montgomery; his grandchildren, John, Matthew, Samantha and Audrey; and his brother Tom (Kathy) of San Franscisco.
