He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William J. Collins and Mary Ricketts Collins; his brother John Collins; his wife Margaret Longobardi Collins; his sons, William F. Collins Jr., Joseph A. Collins and Christopher M. Collins; his grandchildren, Allison Augusto, Eric Augusto, Marlena Augusto, Zachary Collins, Madison Collins, Liam Collins, Caleb Collins, Hayden Collins, Christopher Scotto and Elise Scotto; and his great grandchildren, Alex and Aiden Augusto. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
