He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin H. Hammond and Anna C. Hammond (Roda) of Wassaic, NY.; and his brother William Hammond. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Diane Hammond; his nephew Gregory Hammond of Canton, GA; and his niece Regina Hammond of California. He is also survived by many cousins and godchildren.
