She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha F. Rock and Henry L. Zajkowski; and her husband Ronald J. Karp. She is survived by: her sister Fran Ondras; Alice Zajkowski of Las Vegas, Patricia and Richard Bartlett of Westerville. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
