Moore (late Donald) of Mechanicville; her siblings, Deborah Clarkson (Richard) of Troy, Daniel Cole of Waterford, David Cole (Kellie) of Waterford and Donald Cole Jr.; her sister-in-law Nancy Cole; and her siblings' children, Rick, Sue Clarkson, Rebecca, Patrick Lennon, Randy Clarkson, Emma Cole, Catherine Morrison (Sean) and Amber Cole.

“Im a young cancer patient of Dr T's, and whose case that Donna helped manage and oversee. Anytime I had a problem, she was a call away and got things done! She truly was one of the most caring, sweetest, kind, knowledgeable and understanding people I have ever met! To hear of her passing was such a shock and my heart aches for her, her family, and her colleagues whom all loved and cherished her. It was a pleasure knowing you Donna!”

“As a Social Worker at St. Peter's Hospital Hospice, one of my duties was to call Oncology offices that sent us referrals. One of those offices was Drs. Weissman and Ferraro. I began to have a series of very pleasant conversations with a nurse there named Donna. She was smart, engaging, compassionate, and very caring of her patients. It was the beginning of a long, warm friendship as we engaged over my 40+ years in the care of cancer patients. She was a great nurse and a greater human being!”
