Marilyn Bazar Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn Bazar (Waterford, New York), who passed away on October 7, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Leonard and Ella Mae Wheeler Leonard. She is survived by: her children, Richard D. Bazar (late Donna) of Waterford, Linda L. Salvaggio (late Frank) of Halfmoon, Mary Ellen Norton (Bill Mossey) of Troy and Christopher B. Bazar (Denise) of Mechanicville; her grandchildren, Richard Bazar Jr., Jessica Rice (Joe), Frank, Jennifer Salvaggio, Paul Norton, Jason Norton (Andrea), Megan McKeever (Joseph) and Kristin Bazar; and her great grandchildren, JJ, Jaxson, Jewel, Avery, Mason, Kensey of Caydence, J. P, Baylor and Madelena.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home (133 Broad St, Waterford, NY 12188). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
