He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul K. Vincent and Evelyn Fobare Vincent; his brothers, Paul K. Vincent (Janice) and Ralph Vincent Sr. (Esther); and his siblings' child Tracey Parker (David).
He is survived by: his sibling's children, Ralph L. Vincent Jr. (Steven Galime), Michael R. Vincent, Colleen Vincent Boudreau, Kenneth Vincent and Daniel Vincent (Margie).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home (133 Broad St, Waterford, NY 12188). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:00 AM.
