He was predeceased by: his parents, Emile Martel and Auxilia Gaudette Martel; his wife Shirley Ballard Martel; and his son Robert Kinns Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Harold Martel (Maryann) of Waterford and Rhonda Gironda (John) of Clifton Park; his grandchildren, Krystal, Harry Jr., Madison, John, Joseph and Robie; and his great grandchildren, Quinn, Rory, Devin and Max.
