He is survived by: his wife Jean Bouchard Johnston; his children, Pamela Barrall (Andrew) of Clifton Park, Terry Johnston of Waterford and Paula Johnston-Lane (Douglas) of Latham; his siblings, Richard Johnston of Albany and Lucille Tyson (late Richard) of Las Vegas, NV; and his grandchildren, Aaron Johnston (Madeline), Cody Skadra (Ashley), Courtney Zoleski (Benjamin) and Alyssa Barrall.
