He is survived by : his children, Katilyn Neal of Hoosick Falls, Jennifer Neal of Troy, Kelli Neal of Berlin, Robert Neal of Troy, Cody Mitchell of Troy and Amber Mitchell (Ann-Marie Frisone) of Troy; and his grandchildren, C. J. Thackeray of Waterford, Michael, Emma, Ava and Carson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
